These terms apply to your use of o3consultancy.ae (the "site"), run by O3 Consultancy LLC, a limited liability company licensed by Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority (Shams), licence number 2430177.01, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE. By using the site you agree to these terms. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms.
Use of the site
- Audience: The site is intended for business users.
- User conduct: You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the website.
Intellectual property
The content, design and the O3 Consultancy name and logo on the site belong to O3 Consultancy LLC or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for your own reference. You may not copy, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the site, including client logos, AliensGuard, ServiceNow, SAP and Oracle, are trademarks of their owners and are used with their permission or to describe products we work with. Their use does not mean that those owners endorse us, or that we hold any partner status unless we say so.
Services
O3 Consultancy provides IT consultancy, software and systems implementation, project management, and events and creative services. The site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer, and it is not professional, legal, tax or technical advice.

Governing law
