Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This website, o3consultancy.ae, is run by O3 Consultancy LLC (او ثري كنسلتنسي ذ م م), a limited liability company licensed by Sharjah Media City Free Zone Authority (Shams), licence number 2430177.01, of Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("O3", "we", "us"). We decide how and why the personal data described here is used, so we are its controller. Privacy contact: info@o3consultancy.ae, subject "Privacy request", or +971 56 189 1998.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we collect through o3consultancy.ae and when you contact us. It does not cover aliensguard.ae or other sites we link to. Work we do for clients is covered by the contract with that client.
3. What we collect
Enquiries: when you use our contact form we collect your first name, last name, work email, company, the service you are interested in and your message. When you email or call us we collect your name, contact details and what you tell us. Please do not include sensitive personal data (for example health or religious information) in an enquiry.
Your cookie choice: we save your choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. Our Cookie Policy lists exactly what is stored and how to change your choice.
Technical logs: our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We send marketing emails only if you have asked to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed:
- Google (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Firestore, which host this site and store form enquiries), acting on our instructions;
- our email provider, for enquiries by email;
- if you choose "Cybersecurity (AliensGuard)", our AliensGuard product partner, where needed to answer a product or pricing question. We will tell you before we pass on your details;
- professional advisers, and authorities or courts where UAE law requires it.
6. Transfers outside the UAE
Our providers may store or process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on a jurisdiction recognised under the PDPL as giving adequate protection, or on binding contractual safeguards with the provider, or the transfer is necessary to answer your request or perform a contract with you (PDPL Arts. 22 and 23). You can ask us for details of these safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client and contract records: for the contract term, then for as long as UAE tax and commercial record-keeping law requires.
- Your cookie choice: until you clear it, change it, or 12 months pass, after which we ask again.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and restricted database rules. No system is completely secure. If a breach is likely to affect your privacy, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the PDPL, you can ask us, free of charge, to: tell you what personal data we hold about you, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it; give you a copy in a machine-readable format or send it to another organisation where technically feasible; correct or complete it; erase it; restrict its processing; stop processing for direct marketing; and have a person review any decision made solely by automated means (we do not make such decisions through this site). You can withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect processing already carried out.
To use these rights, email info@o3consultancy.ae with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity, and we aim to reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office, or the authority that has taken over its functions. If you are in the EU, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
This site is for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above. We will highlight significant changes on this page.
